Janet & Prentice’s Sun, Sand & Sunset Engagement Session
It’s not every day that we get to frolic on a beach during the week so we were excited to join Janet and Prentice at San Francisco’s famed Baker Beach on a gorgeous Wednesday in March. The beach boasts not only a mile-long stretch of sand (a small portion of which is often favored by nude sunbathers) but a glorious view of the Golden Gate Bridge.
As a fellow photographer, Prentice knew we occasionally shoot film and asked if we could do so for their engagement session. We were thrilled to oblige and complemented our digital arsenal with a Diana F+ toy camera and a roll of slide film that expired in 2002 for some fun experimentation (you’ll recognize these shots by their square shape).
