Sunday Skate Session

Piled into the back of my buddy Ken’s van on Sunday. My cousin and Peabody found and drained a pool last week. Got a good session going, however the neighbors weren’t having it and we got the boot. Not after I got a few shots though. We then headed out to a couple of parks to skate into the epic sunset.  Got a few more shots. Don’t bother asking about the pool, can’t give out any details but if you do find it, expect to get kicked out quick or have the cops called on you.

I used to shoot a lot of skateboarding. As a matter of fact, it’s pretty much the reason I picked up a camera in the first place. Started a zine in High School with some fellow skaters and the rest “is history”.  Anyway, it felt awesome and for minimal set ups I think they turned out o.k. I could have  used a light stand and maybe another light but overall I dig ’em.
